Uly Studio ("I", "me") is a sole trader based in London, UK. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit ulyartist.co.uk, and what I do with it. The short version: very little, and I never sell it.

What I collect and why

Contact form. When you send an enquiry, I receive the name, email address and message you provide. I use these only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Analytics. With your consent (via the cookie banner), this site uses Squarespace Analytics to show me anonymised information about visits — such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. I use this to understand what's working on the site. If you decline cookies, these analytics cookies are not set.

Email. If you email me directly at [your email], I'll hold your correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies (needed for the site to function) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner when you first visit, and change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link.

Who else is involved

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes site data on my behalf; Squarespace stores data on servers in the United States under appropriate safeguards (their Data Processing Addendum and standard contractual clauses). I don't share your information with anyone else, and I never sell it.

How long I keep things

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, after which they're deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email me at [your email]. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If the site gains new features (such as an online shop or newsletter), this policy will be updated before they launch.
