Uly Studio Story

Ulyana is a London-based illustrator celebrated for her whimsical, nature-inspired artwork. Her practice is rooted in the natural world with a thread of magic running through it — fairies resting among strawberry plants, botanical studies in blossom, and a growing cast of characters with lives entirely their own. Working both digitally and traditionally, and most recently in pastel, she creates work for daydreamers: art that brings a sense of quiet wonder into everyday spaces.

With a background in digital design, Ulyana turned to illustration full-time and founded Uly Studio in 2025. Every piece is produced in small batches — printed in the UK and Europe on sustainably sourced paper and finished in compostable packaging. Nothing is mass-produced.

Her work is stocked at SoLo Craft Shop in London and can be found at markets across the city, from Leadenhall to King's Cross, as well as in her Etsy shop and on Instagram at @uly.artist.
